Information associated with your account

Depending on how you use Realize, this includes your name and email address, sign-in and verification records, profile preferences, portfolio holdings, transactions, watchlists, allocation targets, trade-journal entries, tax inputs, and broker statement files you choose to upload. Do not upload broker login credentials or payment card details.

How information is used

We use account information to authenticate you, provide portfolio and calculation features, process statement imports, maintain your saved records, protect the service and respond to support requests. We do not sell your personal information or use private portfolio records to train external AI models.

Support messages and files

When you contact support, Realize stores your name, reply email, subject, message and any files you attach. Signed-in requests are linked to your account. Support requests and attachments are available to administrators handling support and are stored outside the public website directory.

Sign-in and service providers

You can sign in with email and password or, where enabled, Google. If you choose Google sign-in, Google processes your authentication and shares account details such as your name, email address and provider identifier with Realize; Realize does not receive your Google password. The service also relies on hosting, database, email-delivery and market-data providers to operate. Those providers process information needed for their services under their own terms and privacy notices.

Market information

Public company and market information shown in Realize comes from exchanges and other data sources. Searches and requests to view market pages may be processed by Realize and relevant data providers. Public market information is separate from your private account records.

Cookies and technical records

The site uses browser storage and cookies needed for sign-in, security, session continuity, CSRF protection and saved display preferences such as theme. The hosting environment may also record technical request and error logs used to operate and secure the service. This policy does not promise that every provider uses no analytics or cookies; check the provider notices for their practices.

Spam prevention

Registration and Support forms use Google reCAPTCHA to reduce automated abuse. When you load or complete the checkbox, Google may process technical and interaction information, including your IP address, under its Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Retention and deletion

Information is kept while needed to provide your account and its features, meet operational and legal requirements, and address disputes. You can delete your account from Profile settings; this removes the account, associated application records and uploaded statement files. Support requests and their attachments are retained so the service can respond and maintain a record of the conversation. Limited copies may remain temporarily in service-provider backups or security logs, or be retained where law requires it.

Security

Realize uses account authentication and server-side controls to protect stored information, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security. Use a unique password, sign out on shared devices, and only upload records you want stored in your account.

Your requests

You may update profile details or delete your account through Profile settings. For questions, access or correction requests, deletion issues, or a privacy complaint, use the Support form. We will handle requests under applicable law.

Changes

We may revise this policy when the service or applicable requirements change. The date at the top shows when this page was last updated.
