1. Using Realize

These terms apply when you access Realize. The service provides personal portfolio records, calculators and general market and company information. By using it, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy and acknowledge the Disclaimer. Do not use the service if you do not agree.

2. No advice or dealing service

Realize is not a SEBI-registered Investment Adviser or Research Analyst, broker, tax adviser or accountant. It does not provide personalised investment advice, recommend securities or portfolio allocations, execute or route orders, or hold money or securities. Information and calculations are not a substitute for independent research or qualified professional advice.

3. Accounts and information you provide

Keep your sign-in details secure and provide information you are entitled to upload. You are responsible for checking imported statements and entries, correcting errors, and keeping copies of important original records. Do not upload broker passwords, payment credentials, or information belonging to another person without authority.

4. Data, calculations and availability

Figures depend on your inputs, calculation assumptions and third-party data that may be delayed, revised, incomplete or inaccurate. Historical results do not predict future results. We may update, suspend or discontinue features and cannot promise uninterrupted service or that every output is error-free. Verify important information at its source.

Do not use Realize unlawfully, attempt to access another person's account or restricted systems, interfere with the service, or copy, scrape, republish or commercially exploit site material except where the law permits or you have written permission.

Realize's original software and presentation are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party names, data and services remain subject to their owners' rights and terms. Links or data integrations do not imply endorsement, and external services are outside our control.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Realize is provided without warranties that the service will be uninterrupted, suitable for a particular purpose, or free of data errors. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. You are responsible for decisions made using the service.
